Paper Submission Entrance

The papers must be written in English and prepared according to the provided template. We accept three types of submission as follows:

• Extended long abstract (for conference exchange only);

• Academic poster (for conference exchange only);

• Full conference paper (for being included in conference proceedings).

Abstracts should be submitted for the oral presentations. The submitting author will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of the abstract and poster soon after the evaluation process is completed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the technical committee.

Posters will be displayed in the poster hall. Detailed instructions for the poster presentations are included in the poster template.

Authors should submit papers reporting original work that are currently not under review or published elsewhere. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Submissions for full papers must be no less than 10 pages in the given format. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by Springer, which will be indexed by Scopus and Web of Science, and is expected to be indexed by EI dependent on the conference proceeding quality.

Please be advised that the submission of a full conference paper necessitates the registration and payment of the registration fee by at least one author for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, each registered author is restricted to one paper in the conference proceedings.

Any submitted paper violating the length, file type, or formatting requirements will be rejected without review. For any problems with the submission system, please contact the conference secretary directly.
